The terms and conditions contained in this document shall apply to the tour booking concluded between the Company and the undersigned client in respect of the tour, as more fully described in the tour itinerary provided to the client on confirmation of the booking.

The company will consider you booked for the safari upon payment of at least a deposit of 40% of the total trip cost. The balance of 60% should be paid within 60 days from the date of start of your safari.

Any safari that involves Gorilla and Chimps tracking will require you pay the necessary permit fees at the time of booking. This implies that the sum of the initial deposit of 40% will be increased where the safari involves gorilla and chimps tracking.

Bookings made within one month of departure requires 100% payment and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the entire sum of the tour price.

After receipt of first down payment, ISYO  Safaris will take necessary steps to secure bookings of facilities and activities specified in the itinerary.

Our safari prices are quoted in US dollars and the company operates a US Dollars account. It is desirable that payments are made in US dollars. Alterations made by Client(s) Communications and documents

On receipt of your inquiry/request to organize for you a tour expedition, we will support our confirmation of receipt of your inquiry with a confirmation telephone call using the company’s official telephone numbers+256774888009 and +25670564196

All payments must be made directly to the company; either to the company’s account through Telegraphic Transfer, RTGS or by cash and all transactional costs are covered by the client.

The company shall try to accommodate any reasonable changes the client wishes to make to the event. Alterations and amendment requests should be made with the company and not with end suppliers. And such requests should be made in writing to the company by the group head. These changes shall not be deemed accepted until confirmed in writing by the company. If the client wishes to increase or decrease the number of persons participating in the event, this may be done up to six weeks prior to the date upon which your event is due to start without additional charge. All amendments made after that date will incur an administration charge of US$ 50.00 per person. The company cannot guarantee that the change to the price will be pro-rata, but will instead depend upon the arrangements the company is able to make with its suppliers. Subject to the company’s written agreement, the client may transfer a booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the event.

The animals in the parks are wild so no guarantees can be given of good sightings during game drives or trekking, but rangers and our guides will do their very best to make sure you get a great experience. ISYO Safaris reserves the right to refuse any client behaving in a way that can cause danger/inconvenience to any third party, damage to property, environments or ecosystems to continue the trip. In such a case no refunds will be made and ISYO Safaris will not be liable for expenses occurring due to termination.

Special Condition for tours that require a Gorilla Permit: When a client cancels a tour that requires a gorilla trekking permit, the permit price is non- refundable and will be forfeited.

Cancellation of a scheduled tour booking must be made in writing and is not effective until such written cancellation is received and acknowledged by ISYO Safaris.

>60Days: Loss of the Deposit 30 –60 Days: 50%ofthe tour price is held as cancellation 10 – 29Days: 75%of the tour price is held as cancellation 0 –9Days: 90% of the tour price is held as cancellation

ISYO Safaris cannot accept liability or pay compensation or unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. This includes flight delays/ cancellations, war/threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorist attacks, border closure, acts of the government, strikes, thefts, epidemics, road closure, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, fire, technical/mechanical problems to transport due to bad roads and similar events beyond the company's control.

It is the client’s responsibility to make sure that they have sufficient coverage with travel insurance.

If one or more clients of a larger private group cancel a trip, they will be charged their part of the shared costs for that group trip, so that the rest of the group will not face any price increase. This amount is in addition to the general cancellation fees.

Fare increases may occur due to any increase in airline tariffs, fuel costs, game reserve fees, or fluctuation of exchange rates. The company reserves the right to modify the fare and add a surcharge. Should any clients refuse to accept and pay such surcharge, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain full payment.

The client acknowledges that it is solely his/her responsibility to ensure that he/she is in possession of the necessary travel documents that may be required in respect of the proposed tour and itinerary as well as all health and other certificates that may be required.

Clients who have special requests must specify such requests to the company in the booking reservation form. Whilst the company will always endeavour to accommodate such requests, it does not guarantee that it will always be possible.
